This consultation lets us discuss the best option for your needs — whether it's a glass or polycarbonate roof Veranda, a louvred roof Pergola, or a full Glass Garden Room with sliding glass doors, motorised blinds, and many other wall, floor and landscaping options.
We measure your desired location, check ground conditions, look for potential obstructions and explain how we overcome them.
The foundation is a critical part of veranda and glass garden room assembly — it must be substantial enough to support the structure.
Assembly involves setting out the structure, installing wall plates and support posts, and securing the beams. Careful handling and alignment ensure the structure is straight and stable.
Once the framework is complete, the roof is installed — glass, polycarbonate or louvred sections.
With the structure and roof in place, additional options are installed and tested — glass sliding doors, motorised roof or side blinds, louvred sides, aluminium or glass walls, LED lighting, infrared heaters.
Final adjustments and snagging.
Full walk-through with the customer. Instructions on operating remote controls where applicable, aftercare guidance, and any questions answered to ensure complete satisfaction.
Clean down and tidy up before we leave site.
